FEE SCHEDULE:

Full Time program:

Up to 9 hours per day-130.00 per week/$140.00 elementary-summer

After 9 hours per day-$3.00 per hour or fraction of hour

Second Child (full time)-$110.00 per week

Part time program:

Full Day - up to 9 hours per day - $28.00 per day

-after 9 hours per day - $3.00 per hour or fraction of hour

- five hours per day - $20.00

Preschool Morning session(9:00-12:00)-$14.00 per session

Afternoon Session(12:45-2:45)-$10.00 per session

Before/After School-$3.50 per hour ($35 min. per week)

KINDERGARTEN (AM or PM sessions only)-$60.00 per week

Full time kindergarten students-$140.00 per week

Some full days with kdg. - $30.00 daily

*All kindergarten students wil be charged a materials fee of $80.00 per semester (twice a year)

Meals: The schedule does include a mid-morning and after-nap SNACK for kindergarten and preschool. LUNCH MUST BE PROVIDED BY PARENTS. All lunch boxes and thermos' should be labeled with your child's name. Acceptable beverages are juice or milk. NO POP WILL BE ALLOWED. Milk will be provided if a beverage is not sent with your child. School-age children must bring their lunch on half-days of school. Please do not send in items that need microwaved or refrigerated.

FEE PAYMENTS: An enrollment of $35.00 per child is charged at the time of scheduled entry. All fees are due on Monday of the forthcoming week. Any amount in arrears will be charged a $5.00 per week late fee. Please check with office staff for a listing of your account. WE REQUEST ONE WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE WHEN A CHILD IS TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM OUR CENTER.

VACATION AND SICK-TIME ALLOWANCES:

Full-time children (renewed on anniversary start date) - 10 days per year

Additional missed time charge - One half normal rate

Part-time children - One half normal rate

Before & after school students - $35.00 minimum per week

Major holidays & or any day center is closed - No charge

Snow days, conferneces, school breaks (elem. students) - $3.50/hour

***Remember: Bethany is usually open for day care even if the public schools are closed***

AFTER HOURS: Any child remaining after 6:00p.m. will be charged $10.00 per half-hour. Please be courteous and remember that our staff has to stay overtime when you do not pick up your child on time.

ADDITIONAL NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR: It is impossible to cover every situation that may arise in a schedule of fees. In the case of limited hours of either a part-time or full-time student, an adjustment in rates may be given.
